The Ajna Light is a meditation tool that takes you into your subconscious mind.

We are in our subconscious mind when we are asleep, dreaming and in a day dream state.


During a session you may have visions which are similar to dreams that you have when you are asleep.

You may experience visions such as patterns, colours, shapes. You may have a relative who has passed over come to visit you as they sometimes do in dreams. You may feel a tingling sensation throughout your body or in one particular area. 


This is where your subconscious is choosing to work whether it be releasing stuck or old emotions,

or healing an injury or memory.


You may even fall asleep as the light has a relaxing effect.

You may think you are asleep but actually you may be in that place of peace where people who meditate strive to get to.

You may have a memory come up that has been locked away and forgotten about.

There is no wrong or right about what happens during a session.

The experience just is.


The Ajna light activates the pineal gland which in turn stimulates our melanopsin

that is involved primarily in the alignment of the biological clock.


This takes effect in a region of the brain called the hypothalamus which is considered the master pacemaker of our circadian rhythms. Many people have experienced a more balanced body clock from using the Ajna Light.
